Our Mission is to build a large network connecting Women Engineers, to embrace and deliver the Results of Living on Purpose, based on courage and joy.

Vision

Our vision is to ensure the Engineering Profession values, supports and celebrates the contributions of women in Engineering, Science and Technology.

1. Target 5000 Women Engineer Connected in IEM WE.
To achieve 5000 Women Engineer in our email correspondences list.

2. Target 100 Corporate Members in IEM WE.
To achieve 100 Corporate Members in our email correspondences list and the active support from the strong 100 Corporate Member in all IEM activities.

3. Achieve at least 2 Women Engineers voluntary service in each Standing Committee and Technical Division.

4. Target 52 Activities (Talks/Workshops) for Session 2010/2012.

5. Structure a Standard of Operation, systematic recognition for IEM WE.

6. Build massive interest, Build massive value for all members participation, events and activities.

7. Expansion to Other Branches and nationwide building/branding.

Aim

Our aim is to encourage the women in the profession of Engineering, Science and Technology participatein IEM Activities, to recognize and utilizing IEM platform for self development, continuous learning, networking and contribution to the society.

Objectives

To encourage female students to pursue engineering in their studies leading their passionate to career in engineering.

To encourage women engineers to continue practicing engineering.

To inform practicing women engineers of IEM activities and encourage participation in the activities.
