Vision
To ensure the Engineering Profession values, supports and celebrates the contributions of women in Engineering, Science and Technology.


Purpose
1. To encourage female engineering students to pursue their career as an engineer and continue practicing engineering.

2. To encourage female engineering students to participate in IEM Activities, to recognize and utilize IEM as a platform for self-development, continuous learning, networking and contributing to society.


Objectives of Circle Leadership Training
1. To train future women engineers as spoke person on IEm and IEM We matters.

2. To develop leadership skills among future women engineers.
