Objectives:
1. To bring IEM/WE to the women engineers at their industry place & establish a direct contact.
2. To encourage the WE to contribute their valuable effort in the sub-committee
3. To encourage participation in IEM- organized events especially by WE sub-committee
4. To empower Women Engineer to remain the practice
5. To share the challenges faced and ways to address these.
